Black Angus 21 to 30-day Wet Aged Steaks

All our steaks are sourced from grain-fed midwest cattle raised to provide the highest quality beef. In order to provide more intense flavor and enhance tenderness, beef must be properly aged. Our wet aged steaks are allowed to properly age for 21 to 30 days, depending on the cut of the steak. The finest steakhouses only serve aged steaks. Our steaks provide steakhouse quality that you can serve right at home. Supermarket beef is rarely aged properly, resulting in a tougher steak and a lack of true ”steak” flavor. Why settle for standard when you can enjoy the benefits of premium?

Black Angus Center Cut Filet Mignon

Hand cut filet mignon steaks trimmed to exacting specifications. Always choice grade or higher. Extremely flavorful with a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. 6 ounce filets, 12 filets per box.

Prime Grade Sirloin Filet

Hand cut from the heart of the sirloin filet. As an added bonus, these steaks are selected from only prime grade cattle. Very flavorful and the most tender sirloin cut available. 8 ounce filets, 12 steaks per box.

Prime Grade Rib Eye

Prime grade assures the most tender, flavorful rib eye. Fat equals flavor, and this cut has a higher fat content and more extensive marbling  than my other cuts. My favorite steak. 10 ounce steaks, 20 steaks per box.

Black Angus New York Strip Center Cut

Hand carved from the strip loin. This cut is prized for its exceptional flavor and texture. This well marbled cut is meaty, juicy and tender. 10 or 12 ounce cuts.
10 ounce steaks packaged 16 pieces per box. 12 ounce steaks packaged 12 pieces per box.
