All of our seafood products are frozen and many are individually vacuum sealed to prolong flavor and shelf life. Why frozen instead of fresh? Unless you catch the fish yourself or meet the fishing boat arriving at the pier, you have no idea of how “fresh” the fish really is. Our seafood is processed, packaged and frozen as soon as possible after being harvested. That is why our seafood tastes better than most “fresh” fish you find at the market. Far superior to the products you will find at a supermarket seafood counter. Unless otherwise noted, each box is at least 5 to 5.5 pounds in weight.

Norwegian Salmon Filet

A wonderful delicacy. Boneless, skinless filet harvested from the icy cold waters of the Norwegian coast. Our best selling fish filet for a reason – it is quite simply the best tasting salmon available. Certified Kosher. 6 ounce vacuum sealed filets, 13 filets per box.

Alaskan Halibut

Prized for its delicate, sweet flavor, snow-white color and firm flaky flesh. Halibut are individually caught with a hook and line at depths of over 900 feet in the icy waters off the Alaskan coast. Halibut is an excellent source of high-quality protein and minerals, low in sodium, fat and calories. Each filet is vacuum sealed and approximately 8 to 10 ounces each. 9 to 10 filets per box, based on total weight.

Chilean Sea Bass

This very light, flaky, premium snow white filet has a very unique flavor and texture and is generally only found in high-end restaurants. Wild caught in the Southern Pacific as far south as Antarctica. Each filet is about 8-9 ounces and vacuum sealed. 9-10 filets per box based on the total weight of the filets.

Mahi Mahi

This is a firm, white fish filet with a mild flavor and is becoming a very popular choice for fish lovers. Wild caught in the warmer waters of the Pacific or Caribbean Oceans. Each filet is vacuum packed and about 8 to 9 ounces in weight. 9 to 10 filets per box based on total weight of the filets.

Pacific Grouper

This wild caught Pacific Ocean white fish filet is mild in flavor with a flaky texture and can be prepared in a variety of ways. The filets can be grilled, fried, sautéed or baked. Each filet is vacuum sealed and about 7 to 8 ounces in weight. 10 or 11 filets per box based on total weight.

Ahi Tuna

Wild caught Yellowfin tuna caught in the Pacific Ocean. Can be grilled, sautéed or even eaten raw. Tuna has a deep reddish-pink color with a firm texture and distinct flavor. Individually vacuum sealed filets of about 6 ounces each in weight.

Norwegian Cod

Wild caught cod from the icy waters of the North Atlantic. A white fish with a firm texture and a mild flavor with a slight taste of sweetness. These filets are “once frozen”. That means that the fish are caught, processed and frozen at sea. Some cod are “twice frozen”, meaning caught and frozen at sea then thawed and processed on shore only to be refrozen again as filets. These 5-6 ounce filets are not vacuum sealed. 13 or 14 filets per box based on total weight.

Potato Cod

Wild caught cod filets are coated with a mixture of potato, cheese, bacon and chive based breading. Simply bake and enjoy. A customer favorite. About 14-15 pieces per box.

Jumbo Raw Gulf Shrimp

This wild caught Gulf of Mexico shrimp from the Campeche Bay is considered to be among the best tasting shrimp in the world. Far superior to the farm raised shrimp normally found at the seafood counter. Each piece has been peeled and deveined with the tail removed. Absolutely no waste.It has a firm texture and extra flavor, and is excellent served chilled or in any type of baked or sautéed recipe. Four pounds of shrimp per box.

Crab-Stuffed Shrimp

Shrimp with a crab flavored stuffing. Delicious. Unbreaded but butter-coated for a rich and delicious flavor. Simple preparation, just bake and serve. 5 pounds per box.

Sea Scallops (Dry)

These scallops are sweet, tender and delicious. The best I have tasted. Premium wild caught in the North Atlantic Ocean. Dry scallops mean no water is added. Many store bought scallops are soaked in water so you get a water-bloated product that bleeds water when sauteed. Size U10-20 and 5 pounds per box.

Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

Made from 3 ingredients, with domestic crab meat the number one ingredient followed by bread crumbs and mayonnaise. Premium quality crab cakes easily prepared in your home oven or saute pan. Sixteen crab cakes of 3 ounces each.

Cold Water Lobster Tails, Split

Cold water tails from the New England coast. Very sweet and delicate flavor. The shell is split for easy removal of the meat. Five ounce tails can be steamed, boiled or grilled.

King Crab Legs

Wild caught from cold Alaskan waters. Jumbo legs split down the middle for easy removal of the meat. So easy to prepare and eat and simply delicious. Crab legs are fully cooked, so just thaw, steam and dip in butter. Four pounds per box.
